Account & accessHow do I access my account?

Use the email address and password you registered with on the sign-in page. Make sure you are on the correct SafeCoin domain before entering your credentials. If a sign-in fails, check your email spelling and keyboard layout; do not send your password to anyone.

Account & accessHow can I protect my password?

Use a long, unique password that you do not use for email or another website. A password manager can help you generate and store it. Never share your password or an email verification code, including with someone claiming to be support.

Account & accessHow do I sign out on a shared device?

When signed in, use Log out in the header or mobile menu. Wait for sign-out to finish before leaving the device. Closing a browser tab alone does not necessarily end your session; avoid saving credentials on shared computers.

Account & accessCan I use SafeCoin in another language?

Open the language selector in the header and choose English, Spanish, French, Russian, Italian, German or Dutch. The site uses a language prefix in its address, such as /fr or /de. Asset symbols, public addresses and network names remain unchanged.

Identity verificationWhen is identity verification required?

Identity verification must be approved before you can request a wallet. Sign in, open Identity verification and complete the requested information using your own documents. Submitting a form starts a review; it does not automatically mean your identity is approved.

Open identity verification
Identity verificationWhich documents and image formats can I upload?

Choose one supported document type: passport, national identity card or driving licence. Upload a clear image of the required side; identity cards and driving licences require the back as well. Each image can be up to 15 MB. JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC/HEIF, AVIF and TIFF are supported. Keep the entire document visible, readable and free of glare; PDF files are not accepted.

Prepare your verification
Identity verificationWhat happens after I submit my documents?

Your submission is reviewed manually by an administrator. The Identity verification page shows the current state and any available review feedback. If a correction is requested, follow that feedback before submitting again. Approval time is not guaranteed, and wallet assignment is a separate step.

Check verification status
Identity verificationWhat should I do if an upload fails?

Check that each image is no larger than 15 MB and uses a supported format. Keep a stable connection while submitting. If you see a temporary-unavailability message, check service status and reopen your verification page to see whether the submission was saved before retrying. Do not send identity documents through unrelated forms or public messages.

Check service status
Wallets & requestsHow do I request a wallet?

After identity verification is approved, open Wallet and complete the wallet request. The team assigns a dedicated public address to your account. While the request is pending, the page shows a waiting status; refresh the status to check for an update. A request alone does not create an on-chain transaction.

Open your wallet
Wallets & requestsWhy must I check the address and network together?

A public address is only meaningful with its assigned network and supported asset. Copy the address from your wallet and compare both the network and asset with the service you are using. Similar-looking addresses may exist on different networks. Never use a token contract address as your receiving address or guess a network from its appearance.

Wallets & requestsWhat does my displayed wallet balance mean?

The balance shown in SafeCoin is your account balance recorded by the platform. It is not, by itself, proof of funds at the assigned address or confirmation of an on-chain transfer. Use the account information and request status to follow updates; a blockchain transfer requires its own verifiable transaction record.

Wallets & requestsWhat happens when I request a withdrawal?

The Withdraw action sends a request for administrator review. A waiting or pending status means the request has been received, not that cryptocurrency has been sent. Do not treat an account balance change or a request confirmation as a blockchain transfer confirmation.

Markets & dataWhere do market prices come from?

Market data is provided through the server-side market data service. Check the displayed source, update time and stale-data indicator. Prices are refreshed periodically rather than guaranteed tick-by-tick, and a market reference price is not an executable purchase or swap quote.

Explore markets
Markets & dataHow do I find and compare an asset?

Use the Markets search to find a coin by its name or ticker, then inspect its market page. Compare the displayed price, market capitalisation, volume and time period rather than looking at one number in isolation. Tickers can be shared by different tokens, so verify the asset identity before acting.

Search markets
Markets & dataWhy can a price differ from another platform?

Sources may use different markets, update times, currency conversions and calculation methods. A percentage change refers to a particular time period; it is not a forecast or guaranteed return. Available liquidity, network fees and a provider's execution quote can also affect the final amount.

Markets & dataWhy is a purchase or swap unavailable?

Availability depends on the configured provider, network and service checks. A market listing or assigned wallet address does not automatically enable a purchase or swap. Check Service status; only proceed when the relevant flow is available and you can review its current terms and quote.
